Special Dates Requiring

Daily Account Cancellations
While at work, please call us by 9 a.m. on the day of the scheduled walk so that you're not charged for the full day's walk. Do not e-mail a cancellation because our pet sitters might not receive it in time. If they arrive for a visit and the client is home or the pet isn't there, the client will be charged for that visit.

Returned Checks Incur a $20.00 Surcharge Plus Any Late Fees

Pet Taxi
Whether your pet is headed to the groomer, veterinarian, clinic, hospital, or your home, our pet taxi service can transport it safely and quickly for your convenience. It costs only $12.50 for one-way service of 1 dog or up to 3 cats; costs apply if we're not providing you in-home pet sitting services at the time. For 2 dogs, the one-way cost is $15.00. We do not provide pet taxi to the airport or boarding facility.

Key Services
For $12.50, we can meet you at your home with the key if you're having trouble getting inside.

Payment Policies
Payment is due when you return from your trip. We do give you a 1-week grace period, after which you maty pay by Master Card/Visa debit/credit card, check, or cash. If you wish to give our pet sitters a tip, please leave them cash in an envelope; do not include it on the check. Daily accounts while people are at work can be paid weekly or bi-weekly. Payment arrangements may also be made for large accounts.
