PET SITTING GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

Pet
Sitting visits are 7 days a week. Morning visits are between 5:00 AM until 7:30 AM. The latest bedtime visits are scheduled
starting at 8:30 PM until 10:00 PM. We will come up to three times a day. The second visit is approximately 8 hours after
the first visit. If we come two times a day the visits are at 6 am and 6 pm, 7 am and 7 pm or 8 am and 8 pm. Cats will be
once a day, unless they have a medical condition or a digestive problem, and
then we will come up to two times a day. We will not spread out the visits longer than every other day.
Daily
Accounts for people while they are at work: Please call 816-415-9267 to schedule or change a visit. Do not email if it is
for the same day. We don’t always get a chance to check the emails before we leave in the mornings. Payments for daily accounts are weekly, by weekly or monthly.
Scheduling:
Scheduling is on a first come first service basis and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. During regular times
of the year please make reservations one week in advance and during holidays make reservations at least 2 or 3 weeks or more
in advance.
Reservation
Confirmation: Online reservations are available at www.noworriespetcare.net. If you make a reservation whether
it is online, thru email or on the phone, No Worries Pet Care, LLC will contact you at least one week prior to you leaving.
We will also contact you, just to let you know we received the request. If you don't hear from us, please assume that we didn't
receive your request and call us. 816-415-9267. Email address noworriespetcare@aol.com.
Visit
times: No Worries Pet Care, LLC will visit at the requested times as closely as possible. However, if we are caring for other
clients pets, the times may be shifted a little to accommodate our clients. We will do our very best to arrive at the appointed
times. Weather and your pet(s) may also play a part in adjusting their times.
Inclement
Weather: In the event of inclement weather, No Worries Pet Care, LLC has requested on your contract the name and phone number
of a person living nearby. If No Worries Pet Care, LLC is physically unable to reach your home due to impassable roads, please
provide us with this information so that we can contact this person to request assistance. Your pets' health and well-being
is our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of these events. No Worries Pet Care,
LLC will only walk dogs for 15 minutes if the heat index is above 95 or wind chill is below 25.
Medications/Vaccinations:
No Worries Pet Care, LLC will attempt to administer medications as directed but cannot be held responsible for complications
that arise as a result. Excessively shy cats with medical problems can be a serious risk. If you have such an animal, this
must be thoroughly discussed. Under no circumstances will No Worries Pet Care, LLC service any pet that has any form of contagious
illness. This is for the safety of other clients. If No Worries Pet Care, LLC pet care provider is bitten or exposed to any
disease or ailment received from the client's pet(s) which has not been properly or currently vaccinated, the client will
be responsible for all costs and damages that may incur.
Additional
Pet Care Assistance And Other Scheduled Services: We all want our kids to have all the love and attention they deserve, but
please be advised that if there are other persons entering and leaving your home, No Worries Pet Care, LLC can not be held
liable for any damages or problems that may arise as a result. Please inform us at the time of the consultation or reservation
of anyone who may have access to your home while you are away. This includes the names of cleaning person, repairpersons,
friends, family and neighbors. No Worries Pet Care, LLC does not accept liability for other persons who will be in your home
during pet care services.
Unforeseen
purchases: No Worries Pet Care, LLC will purchase pet food, litter, cleaning supplies or other necessary items that contribute
to the health and well being of your pet while you are absent. We will retain a receipt and the pet owner is responsible for
reimbursement of these items. In addition a $10.00 trip fee will be charged to the pet owner.
Pet
Waste: No Worries Pet Care, LLC will properly dispose of all pet waste.
Leashes:
All dogs will be required to be on leash during outdoor walks. Please always have a collar and id on your pets when they have
access to outside.
Animal
Behavior: Animals behavior can be unpredictable. No Worries Pet Care, LLC does not accept responsibility or liability for
animal behavior, normal or otherwise, which results in injury to the client's animals. Further, if a No Worries Pet Care,
LLC provider is harmed or injured by the client's animals, the client/owner accepts full responsibility for the cost of any
necessary medical attention required by either No Worries Pet Care, LLC provider or by the animals. Inside safety is important;
please have whatever precautions put into place for your home.
Personal
Injury: If a staff of No Worries Pet Care, LLC is injured due to slick steps, trying to make sure dogs don’t get out,
do to no lock on gate or other situations, the client is responsible, unless it is negligence on the behalf of the staff member.
Also, if a dog bites or knocks down a staff member and causes injury, the client will be held liable, unless the staff member
is negligent.
Fences:
Fenced in yards are wonderful playgrounds for our dogs and allow them additional space to exercise and play. Please make sure
the gates are secure with a lock or something so that it makes it harder for persons to get into the back yard, and possibly
leave the gate open. However, no fence system is totally secure. No Worries Pet Care, LLC does not accept responsibility or
liability for any client's animals that escape or become lost or injured, fatal or otherwise, when instructed to leave the
clients animals in a fenced in area. This includes electronic, wood, metal or any other type of fence. If you have no fence, No Worries Pet Care, LLC will not put a dog out without a leash, unless it is a home
that we have already taken care of and the dog has proven itself to us. This is for the kid’s safety. If your kids don’t
like leashes, please let us know that in advance and make appropriate provisions.
Other
Dogs: We will not permit your dogs to interact with strange dogs. If stray dogs that are off leash approach, we will do our
best to keep interaction at a minimum and move away from them.
Cats:
They are curious and playful. Please make sure all doors are set so that they can’t accidently shut themselves in a
room after we have left. We always want them to have access to water, food and the cat box.
House
Cleanliness: No Worries Pet Care, LLC will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please inform us of the designated
area for the appropriate cleaning supplies. If there are accidents above and beyond the normal amount anticipated, No Worries
Pet Care, LLC will charge a reasonable fee for clean up time. Also if you leave
your cat boxes extra dirty, we will clean them, however if it takes more than 5 minutes to clean the cat boxes, an extra charge
will apply.
Privacy
Policy: All of your information will be kept private and confidential. No Worries Pet Care, LLC highly respects our clients'
entrusting us with the care of their home and their loving pets. We do recommend that you inform trusted neighbors that while
you are away. No Worries Pet Care, LLC will be caring for your pets and your home.
Household
Emergencies: Please leave the name and number of a trusted maintenance company or a person you can rely on to attend to any
household emergencies that may arise during your absence. This includes but is not limited to: leaking pipes, malfunctioning
water heaters and heating and air units.
Thermostats:
Please leave your thermostat settings within a normal comfortable range (68 – 78 F). If the house temperature is outside
of this range, No Worries Pet Care, LLC will adjust the thermostat. This is to ensure the health and comfort of your pets
and No Worries Pet Care, LLC during our time of service.
“Honey, I'm Home” calls: Please remember
to call when you have return home safely! Otherwise, we will need to continue visiting to assure the safety and well-being
of your pets. Additional trips will be added to your bill at the regular rate. Please call at ANY hour and leave a voice message
that you have returned. First and last name please.
Early
Returns or Extended trips: We understand your plans change and are very flexible if notified. If you return home early, please
notify us immediately. If, however, you do not notify No Worries Pet Care, LLC of an early return and No Worries Pet Care,
LLC make a trip and finds you home, the regular per visit charge applies. No Worries Pet Care, LLC will go by the time that
you have stated that you will return home and the number of visits that you have requested. If you don't think that you will
make it home in time for your kids, please contact No Worries Pet Care, LLC 816-415-9267, we will make an additional trip.
Last
Minute Changes: It is not unusual for trip plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand that No Worries
Pet Care, LLC carefully schedules our time to service you and our other clients. Therefore, if you do not call the office
816-415-9267, 24 hours or more about changes you will be charged for the original times scheduled.
Late
Booking Charge: (less than 48 hours notice) $15.00, unless it is an emergency (work related or family). If we can accommodate.
Cancellations:
We understand your plans change and we, generally, do not charge for cancellations with adequate notice. No Worries Pet Care,
LLC requires a full 48 hour notice prior to the date of the first visit. Failure to provide notice in less than 48 hours will
result in you being charged ½ of the original bill. Unless it is an exception (emergency, work related).
If
you decide to leave early, please notify the office 816-415-9267.
Holiday
Cancellations: With the exception of severe weather, life threatening emergencies, work or death in the family, any cancellations
prior to a major holiday; i.e.: Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving,
with less than 48 hour notice will result in ½ of the total invoice for scheduled pet care to be paid. We request your understanding
that Holiday travel is a peak service time for pet care.
Cancellation
or Scheduling for Mid-Day Service: Please call the office 816-415-9267, do not email concerning not needing service for a
daily account. We don't always get time to read the emails and want to make sure we get to the kids if you need us or don't
interrupt you if you are home.
If
a sitter arrives for a visit and the client is home or the pet isn’t there, the client will be charged for that visit.
Plant
Watering: We are here for your kids. If we have time, we will water plants, but our main concern is the kids. We will not
spend more than 10 minutes of a visit watering plants.
Updates:
Please provide us with any changes regarding your pets' care and other pertinent information.
Payment:
No Worries Pet Care, LLC accepts cash, check, online banking thru your bank or MC/Visa debit or Credit cards. Payment is due
at the time you return home for vacation accounts. It should be at our office no later than one week from the date you return
home. Daily accounts can be set up on a weekly, by weekly or monthly payment. Please make checks payable to No Worries Pet

Returned
Check Charges: There is a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.
Late
Payments: There is a $10.00 per week late charge fee for all late payments. Payments are considered late if not received by
one week after you return from a trip. If you do online banking and they don’t send it when you post it, some of the
banks will wait, which will cause you to have late payments.
Emergency
Contact: No Worries Pet Care, LLC has requested the name and phone number of a person living nearby (with access to your home).
This should be a person close enough to walk to your home if roads are impassable (for example, a neighbor). If we are physically
unable to drive to your home this information is needed so that we can contact this person to request their assistance to
check on your pet(s). Please remember that garage door openers are not operational in the event of power outages, batteries
dies, etc. In the event that the client does not provide a nearby emergency contact with access to your home for No Worries
Pet Care, LLC, client realizes that No Worries Pet Care, LLC will provide service but not until conditions allow us to reach
your home safely.
Keys:
If you are not already doing so, consider letting No Worries Pet Care, LLC retain your house key. In the event of an unexpected
trip, you'll be glad you did. Keys are kept in a secured lock system and are coded for client confidentiality. If you choose
not to have No Worries Pet Care, LLC retain a key, picking up and returning your keys may result in a pick up and drop off
charge of $10.00, to persons that live 10 miles or more from the office or that uses us on a regular basis. The other reason
for No Worries Pet Care, LLC to keep a copy of your key, is in case the client gets locked out of their home, which we have
helped many families with.
OTHER SERVICES
We
will take your pet to the groomer or vet and pick them up. The fee for this service is $12.50 depending on how far it is from
your home. Anything that is 10 miles or more will be $12.50 each way.
We
will check your house while you are away even if there are no animals at the house. Charge is $12.50 per visit; this includes
checking for water pipes, mail, plants, etc.
