Pet Care for normal situations and up to 12 miles from our office:

Dogs: $12.50 each time we come, up to 3 visits per day (for one dog) 

Multiple pets up to 5, including only 3 dogs,   $15.00 each time we come up to 3 visits per day 

Cats: $12.50/visit (for 1-3 cats) 

$15.00/visit (for 4-10 cats) 

Charges will be determined at our meeting to get to know your pets and their needs. These charges are for any special requests other than scooping the cat boxes and normal feeding and taking care of the pets. (medical conditions will also change the price).

Please call for prices on horses.

Key drop off/pick up: persons living more than 8 miles from the office will be charged $15.00 each time we have to pick it up or drop it off.

Late Booking Charge (less than 48 hours notice) $15.00

Cancellation Fee (less than 48 hours notice for non emergency) 1/2 of the original bill, changes in visits less than 48 hours notice for non emergency will cause you to be charged for $15.00.

We will also provide a pet taxi to groomers, vets, clinics, hospitals and your home. This is an additional charge if we are not taking care of your home at the time. Pet taxi is $12.50 one way, for one dog that is 80 lbs or less or up to 3 cats. Two dogs is $15.00 one way. We can't take more than two dogs at a time in our pet taxi.

We also will come and get you into your house with the key, if you can't get in. The charge is $12.50.

Payment Policies

Payment is due when you return from your trip. We do give you a one week grace period. You can pay your invoice by debit/credit card, check or cash. If you wish to give your sitter a tip, please leave them cash in an envelope, do not include it on the check to No Worries Pet Care, LLC

Unpaid Balances

Payment is due when you return from your trip. Any unpaid balance will accrue a late payment fee of $10.00 per week.

Daily accounts while people are at work can pay weekly, by weekly or monthly. This will be set up at our meeting.

Cancellations

48 hours notice of cancellations or change in schedule, is required. Between Thanksgiving and New Year's and Memorial Day to Labor Day you must give 14 days notice for cancellations to not be charged a cancellation fee. If you don't call 48 hours or more during normal times and 14 days during holidays you will be responsible for 1/2 of the original bill. Changes in schedule after 48 hours will be charged $15.00.

Daily accounts while you are at work. Please call the office 816-415-9267 by 9 AM on the day of the scheduled walk. If we don't hear from you by 9 AM you could be charged for that days walk. Do not email a cancellation.

If a sitter arrives for a visit and the client is home or the pet isn't there, the client will be charged for that visit.

Return Check for NSF is $20.00, plus any late fees that have incurred.

Existing accounts that have added kids to their home, will have an increase in their charge.

Federal Holidays: these are the holidays that you need to make two weeks or more reservations for, prior to leaving.

Daily Dog walks/dog stops for clients that live 12 miles or less from our office:

$12.50 walk/visit/ 1 dog ( $15.00 walk/visit up to 3 dogs)

All prices are subject to change due to late pay fees or late reservation fees.

• Randy and Kristy are the owners of No Worries Pet Care, LLC. We are the primary care givers of the animals. We do have Staff that also come to your home when we are very busy. 

We are happy to offer pet sitting in your home. 

At No Worries Pet Care, LLC your loved one(s) well being and happiness are our primary concern!" We will get to your kids no matter the weather, in some cases it may not be when we would normally get there, but we will get to your kids as soon as it is safe to do so.
